Youth Strength & Conditioning Program

This program is designed to increase strength, power, speed, agility, and aerobic capacity with a main focus on building a strong foundation of proper technique!

Classes are fun and engaging with well-structured workouts that will challenge! We not only want to build fitness for these young athletes, we want to help them gain confidence in their abilities and show them hard work pays off!

Ages 12 to 15 Schedule: 4:00pm to 5:00pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cost $216 +gst (2 Days a week)
